User Instructions

  1. Please insert a Coin or provide your Credit Card details

    The charges are shown on the start page. Start browsing and insert a coin or provide your Credit Card (min. €3/£3) details.

  2. Use the SurfBox Browser to surf for the allotted time

    Type in your webpage address in the address field (top-left) or search for your webpage using the Google search box.

  3. Email Access

    For Email, browse to the website of your Email Provider.

  4. Applications

    Applications are provided to allow you view Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat documents.

  5. USB Drive

    To access documents on your USB drive, click on Start button (bottom-left) then File Manager

  6. Content Filtering

    This browser is equipped with a Content Filtering service to provide a safe surfing experience for all users.

  7. Insert additional coins to extend your surfing time

    You will receive a warning 30 seconds before your credit expires.

  8. Logout / End of Session

    Your session ends either when your credit runs out or when you click on the logout button. The history of pages you have visited is deleted and other users will not be able to access any of this information.
